Oh I'd absolutely prefer Marquise Lee, but I don't see how he makes it out of the top 15. Our best hope is if Ebron somehow falls. I think we could use a gamebreaking tight end almost as much as a WR.

Today while I was watching the Sr Bowl practice they brought up having a Jr Bowl for all the underclassman who declare for the draft since there is so many. I thought it was an interesting idea.

My Idea would be to change the calendar for the Combine and have it earlier in the year and then take the players from there and have an NFL Combine Bowl Series where they break up into 4 teams and play two different games. Each team plays one game. It could be great evaluation process for the NFL.

Will never happen, at least with the leagues hand in the cookie jar. I don't think they want to do anything to help out early entrees more than they have.

Well, the problem is that there just aren't enough roster spots to absorb all of those new players into the league without screwing over a lot of veterans. Those who make their living off of special teams play or are fringe starters would have little to no negotiation power.

Logan Thomas is a very good TE prospect. Should be a 6th round bargain. QB not so much.

The Chiefs will look to add another running back in free agency or the middle rounds of the draft because they believe Knile Davis won't be ready for the start of the season, according to a Chiefs source.

I would take this guy in the mid rounds in a heartbeat.

They should address this need via free agency. Much more depth @ RB this year in FA than in the draft.

I wouldn't be upset with taking Donald in the first round at this point.

Depending what we do in free agency that is.

Love Aaron Donald. The only thing that scares me about him is his size. It's different for a DE than a QB, so the Russell Wilson bullshit doesn't apply.

I saw Glenn Dorsey (who is basically the same size) get owned by LT's because he was short and his arms weren't long enought to compete. Most LT's have arms that are so long and that gives them advantage to get leverage over smaller defensive guys.

Aside from that, I love the kid.

He doesn't have long arms, but he's got ungodly strength in his hands and arms. You could probably add a little to him, but he's about maxed out.

He would bring alot of versatility to the DL along with Poe. We need guys who can stop the run and rush the passer. Donald can.

I'm all for getting a playmaker there. Be it a TE, WR, or a DL.

I also think because of his size, he's gonna drop into the 2 round. I wish there were some way we could trade back a bit and pick up an extra 3 or 2 rounder.
