Seasons one and two were awesome (especially season 2 in Mexico) but three was unwatchable for me, as is four. I just don't care about the characters anymore and the writing has been shit.
The program should have ended after Season 2, as originally planned. |

But it's just lame. After season two (Don Johnson and Michael Pena were flat out awesome), I expected an eventual season three to be at least entertaining, but it wasn't. |

As usual, I don't know what Dane's on about. S4 was pretty clearly the best season of this show since S1 and has been very well regarded critically.
The finale didn't quite measure up to the episodes that preceded it, but the strength of the season (and series) as a whole is pretty irrefutable. I look forward to the next projects these guys do. |

I thought the finale was strong. Sacha Cohen's appearance was hilarious.
To me, this entire series was funniest when Stevie was being a degenerate. In seasons 1 & 2, Stevie was a really dark character. In season 4, Steve had some swagger but still had the crazy streak. I thought season 3 was the weakest because Steve was reduced to a moping crybaby for 1/2 of the season. ***NSFW S1 S2 S4 ***NSFW

Yeah, after S3, I wasn't sure whether they made the right call to bring this back for another season. But they proved me wrong, this was the best stuff they'd produced over their entire run.
