Ketchup's OK... use as much as you like. The key thing is, you need to put a ton of black pepper in it. When you think it's enough... put a lot more in.

Recently, I measured my food for a day to track calories. I made some baked jojos. The jojos were 217 calories and the ketchup was 150 calories.
I might need to cut back some. |
