Are you happy with Howie Roseman? He signed a new contract recently, right?

Roseman worked very closely with Andy - right?

mike shanahan is doing exactly what he has done his whole career. Same way.

Again **** Andy Reid. What is to make me think he will change philosophy? Nothing, because history tells us he most likely won't.

And I'm not sure what Shanahan has to do with anything...

Most people here are pretty indifferent to Howie Roseman at the moment. He worked closely with Andy but the issue here isnt the talent that was being assembled as much as the incompetent coaching staff.

Although, the Mike Patterson deal rubbed alot of people the wrong way.

VARSITY
I used to be a Reid fan. But this season some of the shit I've seen while watching Eagles games has been mind-blowing, Crennel levels of incompetence. Morninweg has called some terrible games.

But yet just 4 weeks ago he was telling the media it was time to start seeing who was gonna be here next season?

Funny how talent, RGIII, Horseface and Terrell Davis can make these coaches look sooo much better.

It goes both ways, Coaches need players, players need coaches.

I for one think the defense in DC is doing a heck of a job after losing some key guys to injury.

Wonder if Haslett will get a look at HC again, if the Skins go to the playoffs for a couple of straight seasons.

Oh okay...

Great eye for talent - the Eagles are clearly better than they have played this season.

Here is the problem Shanahan faces - RGIII and the option offense, which traditionally relies heavily upon running plays - it has to change - But, I don't believe their coaches will do that.

If Shanahan decides to get rid of the option, RGIII will no longer be that dynamic player. Robert will always be a running quarterback first - It is in their blood.

Shanahan has to do something - or defensive players, who are just as fast as Robert, will cut his career short.

The Redskins are an excellent running team.
