With smart football people in place, and a solid draft, they can win 9 or 10 next season.

that Colts team was not a retool

that was a complete ****ing purge/overhaul

like 4 guys from that 1-15 Colts team are left on this years squad. That's what it took.

So if you are saying that's what it takes, then yes I agree. Purge this team of all these players and start with someone who can evaluate real talent, like the Colts.

There was no re-tooling on the Colts. The entire defense is new besides 2 guys, and the entire offense at every skill position is new. That's a rebuild/purge/deletion of an entire roster from the prior season. An unheard of like turnover from the GM position all the way down through the coaching staff to the players

It needs a significant influx of talent. It doesn't take 2-3 years, that's ridiculous. Just look at the Colts, they turned over half their roster in one offseason.
