I don't think it's a rotating order. I think you have your 'place' for the week and hold that place regardless of how many claims you make.

It was how the Chiefs got like 4 guys in that 2013 season before the waiver order re-set. They weren't getting punted back to the back of the order.

I believe that once you have your spot for a week, you maintain that spot regardless of the claims you win or don't win.

Unfortunately I don’t believe that a large portion of our country, especially the younger generations, know that is the actual definition of the word. I asked my sister, who is 12 years younger than I am, some time back if she could give me the definition of the word with out looking it up. As expected, she thought it was a mentally challenged individual. And that is now probably an added definition in dictionaries. But it is not the original meaning and our society is too uneducated and brainwashed to know it.
