Cooper is going to start I believe. Fisher is moving to LT, yes. If worst comes to worst move Stephenson back there where he was fine last year.

Are Fasano (that expensive FA) and McGrath still on the team?

It doesn't matter what QB it was/is. People here believe you can't be successful with a rookie or even 2nd year QB.

I think it was more of a "stop the bleeding now", put a solid foundation in now last year, then build through the draft this year.

I can't think that any team that was 2-14 the year before, completely change out their coaching staff and GM are in a serious "Win Now" mode. There's no way they had expectations of a super bowl run with that kind of change.

The message board is a shadow of its former self.

The QB discussion here - actually, the entirety of football discussion - has jumped the shark.

Are fasano and McGrath anything other than JAGs?

So again how are any of these players proven?

What foundation did they put in place? The current foundation is still the ones that were previously here.

I agree with the secon paragraph, but if that's the case, you don't trade picks for players and sign that many free agents.

And? He has been producing more than Fisher too. Jets have more wins with him last season then they did before he was drafted. Not bad considering he was a 2nd round QB that was thrown into a shit organization with ZERO weapons.

There's not much discussion, there's just a couple of polarized groups who constantly bicker back and forth, and it's mostly about slinging insults or how they dislike each other rather than anything more substantive. Might as well be talking politics or religion.

Look at the impact out first overall pick made last year. At this point, literally any other player we picked would have made more impact.

People bitched that's you can't take a player at 1.1 who doesn't start and play right away, yet we essentially took a player that did that in terms of overall impact and expectations.

Oh. I don't think Reid or Dorsey feel that way. I don't think last years crop was one to go with. I agree there.
