The answer is simple, Carl is not capable of successfully pulling off what you desire. Someone who will by history never pan out.

You are talking a relatively young multiyear Pro Bowl CB for a 2nd rounder. On almost any team I would say that was a good deal. For Carl I would say it was a complete steal. Carl getting a steal is about as rare as things happen.

Take the deal Carl.

We should try and trade them our 2nd and 4th round picks for Surtain and their 3rd. They pick at the beginning of the round, it's almost like a 2nd rounder.

Carl budged with Surtain, so thats good, thats a big set IMO, NOW CLOSE THE DEAL WITH MIAMI CARL!!!! If Carl takes 2 seconds to look at his past 6-8 2nd round draft picks, this should be a NO BRAINER!!!
