I promise you this, If WSU and KU played at WSU and they won, they would storm the court like crazy? Why? Because they beat a Program with a team at that moment.

Agian I am proud WSU is bringing keeping basketball great in the state of Kansas. That is where it belongs.

I think WSU is the better team right now. They are, without a doubt, playing the best ball of any of the 2.5 Div 1 teams in the state. Now, how will they finish? Who knows. But that really isn't the point.

BTW, I'm a KSU fan. I currently account for my team as half D1 and half fuggin stupid.

The record is 3 to 2 favor of KU, and KU had what amounted to 3 home games. WSU beat KU in there only meeting in the NCAA tourny, 66/65 in 1981.

No, I don't that was is the intent of this thread at all. I think Saul is saying at this moment, WSU is the best team. IMO KU is clearly the elite program when it comes to what they have accomplished. However, your insinuation that WSU has no history or tradition is wrong. I went and found the KU/WSU head to head record for you.

Agian, We agree that WSU is the best team at this given moment, but KU is the elite program. Big Difference between the two...

Also, i am not bashing was a KU Grad is doing for WSU bball team. I think it is great and glad Turgeon is doing a great job.

No, I am not that stupid. KU has one of the finest programs in the country, in spite of Self.
It seems like every time WSU has been close to establishing a long term foundation for success, something happens. PROBATION
IMO the 1981 Shockers might be the best team to ever take the court, but some of Roy's teams were right there.
