All the people here in Lexington seem to be very happy about the signing. I'm not sure, but I thought I saw that the Herald-Leader actually put out a supplement to their morning paper this afternoon running the story and offering highlights and comments from various people.

Although it is fricking snowing in this town tonight it seems to be a very happy place.
