If you look at the past 23 years. When the franchise was on the same page they were successful. When they didn't you had late 90s/06-12

LOL, I think Jacobs def of successful and ours are a little different.

At some point?

I've trusted them for almost THIRTY YEARS. I trusted Marty and Carl. I trusted Vermeil. I trusted Scott Pioli when he got here. I even TRIED TO TRUST HERMAN ****ING EDWARDS.

What, as a fan, has that gotten me?

TRUST IS EARNED.

Jacobs thinks like the average KC fan.

9 wins, parking lot full, BBQ smoke fills the air = successful

They already did.

Lenny Dawson.

The number of successful first round QBs outweigh the number of scrapheap QbS that have found success by a ridiculous number.

But these dumbasses keep trying to emulate te one success.

Again, this is more like GB trading a 2nd for 2nd year man Brett Favre than it is Cassel.

Doesn't matter, ain't gonna happen, but if Reid likes Foles better than any of the QB's this year or just wants to have a serious competition, I'll defer.
It's exactly what this franchise has always done.

From Bill Kenney to Steve DeBerg, to Dave Krieg, to Joe Montana, to Steve Bono....etc....

It's always the same.

The only difference is the level.

They fail to see that the true risk is backing this action, since it's results are not good. They still see it as the safe choice for some reason.

Watched some more tape on Foles. His game at Dallas & against the Bengals.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
I liked the toughness I saw from Foles. He took a couple shots under pressure. He made the throw very calmly. Impressed with that aspect.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
His ball placement for the most part really surprised me. He put it in good spots for the most part. He had a couple of inconsistencies.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
He had a couple of rookie mistakes from time to time. Staring down primary option. Or forcing into double. So needs to work on that.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
Foles actually overthrew Jackson on a fly route. Even when Jackson got a good release. Didn't like his ball placement with FS coming over.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
He was money on the slant routes I saw him throw. Good jump of hitting his receivers in stride allowing for YAC.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
He threw a good fade on Brandon Carr to Riley Cooper for the TD. Ball was already past Carr when he turned his head.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
I saw a lot of promise from Foles overall. I see a lot of Joe Flacco in him when I watch the tape.

Nick Jacobs ‏@Jacobs71
Foles just reminds me of Flacco with the size, the placement, how quickly the ball gets there. And also the accuracy inconsistencies.
