-- I just got back from the grocery store and this what I bought.

Okay, so there are a ton of posters on here that are eating healthy, trying to eat healthy, or 'thinking' about it.

So, I figured I would start a thread. I am all about holding myself accountable. The more people that I tell about eating healthy, the more people I would let down by not. {TY sensibleshiefsfan}

Cassel had a whopping 8 QBR that game

but in fairness, LJ averaged 3.1 YPC that game so he was in FULL BEAST MODE

Not Amazon Fresh but nearly everything I purchase comes from Ralphs, Costco and Amazon. With traffic and parking as it is in Los Angeles, it's just too time consuming to "run errands" more than twice a month.

I have Amazon Prime, which is absolutely awesome, and probably place 15 orders a month, many of which are automated, which saves even more money.

I think you spent too much on cheese. There are a variety of much better deals at Costco that would probably given you more and varied cheese at a lessor cost.

The Blue Diamond Almonds are $8.99 at my local Costco for 38 ounces. Also, have you tried Greek yogurt? It rules. You'd love it!

Yes - I was a slave to convenience tonight - due to the weather -

But yeah I got some fine Irish White Cheddar from the farmers market - it's laced or infused w/ porter beer - I'm getting away from the heavier stuff, however Costco used to carry Lite Jarlsberg swiss in massive concrete brick sized bricks. I love that shit.

Blue Diamond Smoked > Emerald Dog Biscuits

I do love Greek yogurt a lot - there's some good varieties out there - Lemon is good.

Have you tried the Dannon Oikos Greek or the F.A.G.E. (minus the periods - filter evasion) with fruit on the side? Both are awesome and great additions to homemade protein fruit smoothies.

Oh, and the Trader Joe's vanilla Greek Yogurt is awesome. A bit bitter but yummy nonetheless.
