Seattle getting another attempt at beating KC's noise record

Just saw it on the local news here that they are getting another shot at it again this season and are targeting their monday night game against NO. Sounds pretty lame to me that they are already getting another shot at it.

Sound travels better in cooler weather, and at night... Seahawks gave it all they had in their night game and we beat them during a warmer noon game.. Even if they get us late in the season during another night game, we'll take it back for good during a MNF appearance. I'd bet if we got a night game late in the season we could hit 140+ easy.

They had the Official record guy on 610 -he said it was near the end of the game-the final seconds. He was surprised because a lot of people had left. Although we were consistently the loudest stadium ever- we didn't peak until the end. He said it shook his clip board and about knocked him out of his shoes. LOL Welcome to Arrowhead dude!!

This thing is going to drag on for a while isn't it? Not sure why we all need to validation so much. Beating the shit out of teams that come into Arrowhead is the prize.

We were disparaging the thing to which they belonged and they didn't like it one bit. Now there's a certificate from Guiness and it means more to them than a SuperBowl because they belonged to the effort to get it. They'll do everything they can to keep that $3500 certificate in KC. That's fine with me. Knock yourselves out. I care about what happens between the lines. I want to win. Period. Certainly noise contributes to that. Make all the noise you want to make. I'll be there with you making it. But I do not care one bit about Pro-Bowlers, Walter Payton Man-of-the-Year awards, sell-out streaks, STH waiting lists, Guiness, or any other piece of crap award other than a Hunt and then a Lombardi. Bring those to me.
As if the SOC movement wasn't filled with the same kind of "want to be a part of a spectacle" people. People who feign indifference to this noise spectacle and who strive to be the least homeristic fan on their block have no upper hand on the desire for a superbowl victory.
