if you watch the presser it doesn't come off as bad....there's quite a bit they snipped out of that transcript.

Bottom line, KSU can't talk about it, and I don't really blame Frank for being mad about the circus.

Brandon Banks was stabbed this morning... He's in stable condition.

Redskins receiver and return man Brandon Banks is in stable condition with superficial knife wounds after he was stabbed early this morning, NBC Washington is reporting.

The stabbing took place around 3 a.m. at a D.C. club called The Park.

According to police, an argument broke out and a man attacked both Banks and a friend he was with. That friend is in critical condition.

The 23-year-old Banks made the Redskins as an undrafted rookie out of Kansas State last year and was the team’s top punt and kickoff returner.

I'm glad he's in stable condition and not worse. But this kid isn't real bright. Remember when he got in some trouble while at KSU and thought he'd ruined his chances in the NFL. He has a short window as a return man in the NFL.

In my experience, the aggressors in these types of situations are usually those who start the confrontation. If that's the case, I don't see how you can blame Banks.

Game about to tip on ESPNU....I think this one is another that is nearly a "must win" type. We don't have a lot of room left to screw up if we're going to make the tournament.
