The likes of Jim Harbaugh and Mark Richt who stubbornly cling to their outdated versions of a "pro style offense" ("pro style" circa 1990's) are getting left behind by coaches/programs who are embracing spread/Air Raid offenses.

Even Nick Saban/Alabama is utilizing more of a spread-type offense than a traditional "pro style offense".

I'd imagine OSU has a chance to pass Oklahoma in FPI if they beat Michigan. Right now it's Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame and ??? so I don't think it's as much about Notre Dame losing as how that formula shakes out.
