The Colts select Durell Eskridge, S, Syracuse
That cleared out my value list. |

The Green Bay Packers select Zach Vigil, ILB, Utah State
Give me a break. It's my first Saccopoo pick of the draft, and for the bottom of the 6th round, that's not a bad value at all for me to take a player at this position just to say, "Welp, I tried, so consider your team need addressed." I like him better than both of the ILBs that Direckshun took for the Chiefs, too. |

I could probably wait to get him, but I'm a big fan. I want to make sure I can get him.
The Colts select Justin Manton, Punter/Kicker, Louisiana Monroe The guy was 20-22 on FGs, (2 for 2 beyond 50 yards) and in 2013 averaged 46 yards per punt. He may be a guy you could let take over both duties and open up a roster spot while saving the team a lot of money. I'm intrigued. The Colts save 5m on the 2015 cap and get a good player. |

The Tennessee Titians Select Darren Waller, WR, Georgia Tech
6-6, 238, and ran a 4.5 forty? Yeah sign me up. The kid can also block and is willing to play TE, which I think is where he fits for the Titans. PM Sent Last edited by Hoover; 04-07-2015 at 07:04 PM.. |

Direckshun,
Thanks for the kind words, although I wonder if I were to shake your hand if you'd reach around with the other to gut my hamster. Also, I'd be game for UDFAs, its where I shine. |

I had Gallik pegged for my Seahawks here, followed by Waller. Now I am back to the drawing board and I only have 3G to do some quick research. You assholes. The Seattle Seahawks select Laurence Gibson, OT, Virginia Tech Gibson has great athleticism and length, but requires a lot of strength and technique work. Call him a project. Also, picking for the Seahawks is getting difficult simply because they are so stocked and have so many picks. I expect them to move up a couple times during draft day to target specific players they love. |

The Packers select Nick Boyle, TE, Delaware
Beginning with Kyle Emanuel in the last round, the Packers have reached that phase of their board where all the FCS talent starts to creep into most of their selection decisions. Boyle is already a pretty good blocker, and he's an incredible athlete-- a top 3 at his position in the entire draft, I'd say. I think he could definitely be the Oscar Hammerstein to their current Richard Rodgers. |

With the 211th pick, the Houston Texans select Rory "Busta" Anderson, TE, South Carolina.
The Texans look to continue to try to find talent to surround their QB carousel with. Anderson would be a day 2 to early day 3 selection if not for the injuries he suffered in college, namely multiple triceps tears. Anderson can be an effective move tight end that can create mismatch problems all over the field, if he can stay healthy. |

I find drafting in the later rounds a lot more fun than I thought it would be.

So here's my thoughts on the UDFA. I think we run it like the draft. One to two rounds....in order. Otherwise we can randomize it and do it that way.

I think we need a start time for free agency. Then maybe allow people to only sign one UDFA ever 24 hours to give other people a chance. |
