Interesting I hadn't heard that one yet...setting it up to be Kershaw and Ryu for 5 & 6 on short rest and Grienke short for the second time in the series for a potential game 7?

Here's the truth: for all the crowing about this farm system, the hitting prospects are far behind the arms, and this team has a paper thin lineup. Without Freese and Craig, and with Holliday and Carpenter hitting like this, there's a good chance we don't score more than two runs in any game for the rest of the series.
