I have no clue...honestly. I've been doing IF everyday. I don't eat past 8pm at night and I don't start eating until 2 PM everyday. I've kept my calories under 1400 calories and my carbs under 20 grams. I've also made sure that I don't go above the 5%. Shit....half of the time I don't even make it past 10 carbs for the day.

3-4 days is nothing. Don't even worry about that. If you hit 3-4 weeks of no weight loss, then you need to change something.

Hitting a wall causes your hands and knuckles to swell, so it cancels out the exercise and is counter productive. If you put a good cusion on the wall and hit that for 3-4 days instead of a bare wall, you will get the benefits of the exercise without the swollen hands.

When I was zero carb, I lost weight weirdly. I would go a couple weeks or more without much if any weight loss and then lose like 8 pounds in a week and then plateau again.

I was just disappointed because I had been losing weight pretty consistently there. I'm down 16 pounds overall for about 2 weeks worth of low-carb and IF dieting.

Im guessing half of that is glycogen release/water weight/not as much food digesting in your system.

Once you lose the initial glycogen weight, you will notice your weight fluctuating a bit especially if you have variable salt intake from day-to-day which can happen on low card because many tend to heavily salt the meat they cook to add flavor.

This might sound weird, but I love the feeling of actually being able to tell your gut is bigger after pigging out. I went HAM on 2 dinners tonight and a decent sized lunch earlier and my gut is sticking out so much.
