Ok Boys, who's in favor of trading Albert to the Packers for their 2014 1st rounder? He's worth it to a team like the Packers. Heck they could probably work out a long term deal. Tough on the Chiefs, especially Fischer, but its not like we don't have the bodies to make it work.

He's known to give guys in their late 20s a second contract if they are performing well, but frontload it in case the backload in their early 30s shows a dip so they can just flat out cut them, trade them, whatever

I remember them doing that with Sheldon Brown/Asante Samuel

shipped them off/cut them right at 30 lol. There are special cases like Brian Dawkins, special player all the way to the mid/late thirties
