These aren't too bad - easy and quick. I don't do a bun. But yeah - Have you had any Jennie-O products?

I buy the Kirkland turkey burgers. But I like mayo, cranberry sauce and lettuce on mine. It's abuse to make turkey Mexican.

I use ground pork but with some beef. It makes a much better sauce.

yeah, it was on a big sale here, so i stocked up. Make some decent burgers with some salt, pepper, garlic powder and some Cayenne Pepper, cook it on low flame. Not a bad burger. Its not beef level tasty, but its not bad.

Adding beet juice doesn't make it more like meat. If you want something more like meat, then quit being a whiny bitch and eat a burger. Ohh, look at me, I'm eating healthy and stuff, but the entire experience is just pathetically mimicking what I actually want, which is a fat delicious burger. This pale gelatinous stuff pressed into the shape of a bun is just about the same. [Sad smile attempting to hide the creeping death of your soul]

Why not call the stuff what it is, instead of disappointing yourself with a name it can never live up to?

Same here.

I don't even make a homemade sauce anymore. I use Classico's Tomato Basil, then if I want a meat sauce I use some ground pork with the ground beef.

I love fontina, but never had it on a turkey burger. The idea of cheese on a turkey burger doesn't appeal to me. I want to taste turkey—not hide it with cheese or Mexican spices. The cranberry sauce complements turkey as it does with a turkey dinner.

fair enough - I wasn't necessarily referring to turk burg there - but yeah - I too like that cranberry, turkey combo - bibb lettuce is a nice addition to either beef or turkey, I'd imagine.
