I think it's pretty embarrassing that we worry so much about what the woman looks like.

While like much of the US population, me included, the woman obviously has a problem pushing away from the table and is not much concerned with how she presents herself in public; so I find it really hard to feel sorry for her. I'm not worried about how she looks, just poking fun at her appearance.
