I asked a girl I work with who is very into wine if there were any places around here that do tastings. She knew of one that had one a couple of times per week. She called, and there's one from 5-8pm this evening! She's going with me, too.

I ended up with a bottle of Brazin Zinfandel and a Pinot Noir called Fat Cat. I saw the Fat Cat on my way to the register, and I couldn't resist. That's my cat's name. I put it on my wine rack more for decoration than anything, but I may open 'er up one of these days.

White wine with fish or chicken, red wine with Steak.
I prefer red wine. Pinot Noir is my favorite. |

Also, reds should be served around 67 degrees. It's no good cold. |

My apartment is around 74 degrees. I opened the bottle, and I've been sipping the first glass. I put the bottle in the fridge. Gonna take it out. By the time I get it drank, it should be up to that desired temperature.
