I beat those ****ing inaccurate turds all the time. I almost never lose to those. 1 in 5 times maybe. MAYBE. And i hardly see them anymore.

It took them nearly two months, but people are finally starting to figure out that bouncing betties are gigantic pieces of shit, that are easy to spot and even easier to avoid dying to (just go prone when you hear the sound of the betty going off). Sucks because now FFA is riddled with claymores.

The explosives suck in general in this game.

Grenades apparently have to be sitting on someones foot to kill them....well, except me. If a grenade is within 30 feet of me, I die.

You can just run through claymores and you've explained betties.

Well said. I don't know how many times I've thrown semtex right next to someone and have only gotten hit markers. Explosives are way underpowered in this game. (Except when someone throws one at me).

I am one of the Christmas noobs....first time to have an xbox at all, and have MW3 as my only game. I started playing the campain first, and have been doing some of the special ops, just trying to get a feel for everything.

My Live account is Kizvaar. I've played a bit on multiplayer, just in team deathmatch, and am only level 3 still there so I can't even customize yet. First day back at work now so I am planning on trying to learn more about the guns I can use so far.

At this point for the multiplayer games I've played I am only going about 1-2 kills and 1-2 assists with around 8-10 deaths. Most of the time I am trying to find my way around the maps still though.

One question I have...does the live account have a montly cost? It talked about a 1 month trial, but I didn't know if there are tiers that you have to pay for some things and others are part of a free account? Main thing I was wondering is if there is a way to play for 100% free on MW3 once this 1 month trial is over.

Don't worry. Xbox players aren't half as good as the PS3 players.

I believe the M4 is unlocked at that level...I can't remember. I know it's one of the first ones unlocked if you don't already have it. Use it. Solid power, little to no bounce, and light.

Learn the maps. Take your time around them and stick in the general vicinity of your other teammates.

My teammates typically sprint away faster than I am moving. I have not mastered the quick click on the stick thing to sprint yet.

WOW. Just played this game side by side with an XBOX360 next to my PC with a 6 core CPU,12 gigs of RAM, and twin GeForce 550tis, and there is just no comparison as far as graphics, and smooth gameplay. My PC makes the 360 look like a fricken Sega Genesis.
I knew it would be better, but's an unbelievable.
Damn I wish Madden would come back to PCs. A good system just blows the consoles away.
I've added a few things since this pic, like the 2nd vid card, USB hub, and some more Ram but here's my baby.

I've heard you can bootleg it off of Demonoid.

Blast Shield is a piece of ****ing shit. I get it when I run the specialist package and it doesn't even protect you from a claymore. In Black Ops, I could walk through an entire row of claymores and still would be unfazed. Assassin protects you from a billion things but Blast Shield barely protects you from anything.
