Certainly over the entire season, that seems plausible. When your defense is giving up less than 14-17 points a game, you're going to have the lead a lot.

Especially when we have nearly identical scoring margins.

I guess on average, we're getting/maintaining a bigger cushion earlier in the game, whereas the Broncos are playing tight games and then pulling away late.

Again, go back and read the last 2 days of threads. Outside of an exchange between OTWP and Marcellus, who have been going at it literally for months, there is NOTHING BUT TRYING TO TALK ABOUT FOOTBALL.

You're not right about anything. The record is right here in 1's and 0's. JERKINWINS' post is still right here on the front page. There's no "being a man" about it for me. You can try to turn it back on my if you want. You certainly make a good victim since you can't seem to get out of your own way.

However, that doesn't make me a bully. It just makes you a pathetic loser.
I knew you'd come to see it eventually.

Really only two ways to have the lead and they both require having more points than the other team

This team has won with the defense scoring and the offense being total ass.
We've won with defense an' special teams while the offense was total ass.
We've lost with the offense and special teams playing great while the defense sucked straw-fed-$3it.
We've won with Offense and special teams while the defense was total ass.
Twice now.
We've won in every way imaginable and keep keep doing so.

We're what you'd call - pretty ****'n good...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

If the defense can play up to 50 percent of what it did against teams like the Giants and Dallas, no one would want to see the Chiefs. That's what I want to see. Houston come back, and this defense just dominates.

That would be sickola.

We till haven't beaten a good team this year so I wouldn't say pretty ****in good. I would say we aren't bad though.

People say that, I point out the eagles.

People say different team.

So its pointless.

Reality is, the Broncos, Colts, Eagles are likely to be the only teams that the Chiefs play this year, that are playoff bound.

This argument, really needs to die, because it is inaccurate.

They beat the eagles. They are a good team. Regardless of who the qb is now, they are a good team.

I don't think we even have to get to Ginger QB to **** his game all up.
So other than the Donks and Bengals (meh) who else has a line that can even slow down our pass rush?

The Pats, Colts, and Dolphins sure don't.

Indy is definitely THE game that will tell us where we are at and what to expect in the playoffs.

The Redskins and Raiders you can't tell much because both teams are in the toilet, and San Diego we should have won.

Shrugs. maybe the Ravens if they get in instead of the Bengals.

The irony is, if the Ravens can beat the pats, and the dolphins win out, they would be the division champs, the pats could go in as the 6th seed, and the Ravens would win the division.

Lots of craziness.

Oh, also, the Donkeys could slip and the Chiefs could go in as the one seed.
