Raiders Trade for Carson Palmer

Per Rotoworld, the Raiders are close to acquiring Carson Palmer.

On my phone, so no link, but what the hell do the Raiders have left to trade?

Who would have figured it would be Carson Palmer to reamp the Chiefs/Raiders rivalry.

It's not him, it's the fans that thought they were Super Bowl bound even with freakin' Jason Campbell.

Passing yards a game - 249 to 283 a game.

So where is it that the Raiders are so much better on defense??????

They aren't.
yeah

this game is all about whether or not we can stop McFadden...if they bully our DL, we'll lose...

but we can run on them, and can they stop Bowe?

this shit will be epic if we win

Ill give you guys one thing...I would rather have Carson Palmer than Matt Cassel. They basically have the same weakneses at this point, but Palmer is a better passer.

Now, would I give up what you guys did to get that minor improvement? HELL NO.

Well if you guys are satisfied with "next year" every year than that's great... The Raiders are not.

No excuses. This defense was designed around Berry, his loss is huge. Its like the Steelers w/out Polamalu. Im just saying the Raiders are worse defensively than the Chiefs, and the Chiefs are without their most important defensive player. You guys suck.

Thanks to giving away your draft picks, and I do mean giving them away, there will be no "next year we will be better" for the Raiders.

Which will be a harsh reality when in the end of this year you are maybe 8-8 or 9-7.

No Problem, thanks for giving the Raiders an extra 2 bye weeks this year.

Why would you say that? Ive never went to a mod over any problem, ever. I choose to fight it out on here when I have a problem with someone.

Im not going anywhere, I hope its a good game either way.

Not pointing the finger directly at you... Pointing it at those who always run that mouth then try to get people banned when they retaliate... You are actually a very decent poster here which is refreshing and makes arguing fun.
