Bruce Smith, Woodson and Sharpe are absolute locks.....Carter should get in.

After that it becomes a real toss up.

Honestly...its a joke that Tippett got in over DT a year or two ago.

Tippett was a solid player, but hardly a game changer like DT was.

The issue here with DT is....the 3 of Smith, Woodson, Sharpe are absolutely locked....I wouldn't be surprised to see from 1-3 of the Carter, Andre Reed, Randall McDaniel group get in then someone will get in that we aren't talking about...

DT's issue now is so many guys are coming up for nomination he basically has 2 spots to get in on.

Also, is there a limit to the amount of years you can get nominated? Say, if you don't get in for 10 years, you can't?

Not as far as I know. Of course, it gets tougher to make it through the earlier rounds when a player hasn't been around for a while.

Hayes name is only going to come up once. If you vote him down, there is no reason to put Otis Taylor in. They had similar careers in terms of stats and rings and they were both physical freaks. Bullet Bob Hayes should go in.

I think after 25 years you can only go in by the Senior's committee.
