That neighborhood is a block west of Noland and just south of 23rd St. I believe that's a Truman High School neighborhood. North of 23rd St. is Chrisman HS territory (I think).

No. You're obviously unfamiliar with the area.

Raytown cops were notorious assholes (I once received a ticket for running a red light that I was stopped at and waited for it to go green before traveling through the light. Also, had numerous illegal searches at the hands of Raytown PD. One was conducted by a guy who was supposedly friends with my uncle. I told my uncle about it and he acknowledged the guy was an asshole). Independence cops seemed to want to out do Raytown cops as I got older.
