I thought it was pretty good, but then again all I had to compare it to was Kemper and the Checkerdome.

I've never been to the Checkerdome but I guess it was a little nicer than Kemper. The sound was certainly better. Kemper sounded like an echo chamber, regardless of the band.

But that said, the Forum was still a dump. Apparently, someone bought it and is going to "restore it" and make it a great concert venue again. Personally, I think that's a losing proposition considering all of the amazing music venues in Los Angeles, from the El Rey to the Wiltern to Staples to the Gibson to my personal fave, Nokia.

I've never been to LA or LA Live, but Staples is a good place to get stuff for the office. Heck, I even barted down Windows 7 and got it $30 cheaper, good service.
