His name was tossed around for the Nebraska job, I'll die laughing if he ditches the Raiders.

That says a lot about the Raiders if a coach is willing to just leave like that from the pros to the college ranks. Arkansas is not your typical powerhouse by any means either.

Schefter: Kiffin has interest in Arkansas job
Raiders Offense - TM - OAK - Nov. 29 - 8:47 am et NFL Network's Adam Schefter believes that Lane Kiffin does have some interest in the Arkansas head coaching job. "I don't know if he trusts everyone in that building right now," Schefter said on NFL Network. Schefter nailed the Art Shell firing weeks before it happened last season, so this is a situation worth monitoring. Even if it did happen, don't expect anything before the end of the year. Adam Schefter said a day or two ago that Kiffin would be interested, but not much more than that. If anything more was said today, I didn't hear.

The big rumor is Arkansas has offered Tuberville somewhere around 3.5 million per year for 10 years, Jerry Jones will pay his buyout, and his assistants will get raises. Auburn has counter offered and he is thinking it over. Or that's all BS and no one really knows.

....well even though Herm is awful, at least we are not the Raiders or Chargers. It would be monumentally funny if they both lost their head coaches.
