I had some pretty cool toys. I was about 6 when I got this huge Apollo 7 rocket. Had a capsule that disconnected and rocket stages that disconnected also. Stood about 3 feet high.

Can't remember the name of it but a great electric football game. The players and the bases on which they stood were die cast I think. Heavy duty. They were great for throwing at siblings.

Monday Night Football electronic game. Had Don Meredith on the cover.

We also had a large scale slot car track. It had Ferrari and Jaguar racing cars. Dunno what happened to that.

But the best one was slot car drag race set that came from a Chrysler dealership where my Dad worked. It had two cars GTX and Roadrunner large scale cars. It had lights that went from Red to yellow, to yellow, yellow to Green. And you had to shift to get the cars past a certain point on the slot track. I think it was about 20 feet of track and the cars came to rest in a little housing cover at the end of the track. Coolest f'ing thing I ever had.

I Cannot for the life of me find this anywhere.

If somebody with better searching skills could find one I'd be grateful.
