Pioli ****ed up the GM to HC relationship so badly Clark is forced to make a paradigm shift just to make sure it doesn't happen again.

After hearing the interview, I took a step back from the ledge for now. He said he'd like to have it done by Feb so, I'm going to take a wait & see approach until then

He certainly opened the door for the Cowher/Gruden/Reid type of hire. Even Chip Kelly, who would have the #1 pick AND the ability to put his own personnel people together.
