FFL - Keeper help

One of the FFL leagues I'm in is an auction league, and this past season we decided to implement a single keeper spot - one player can be kept for a 10% premium over what he was drafted for in the previous draft.

12 team league, $100 draft cap, 13 roster spots, QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/WR/K/Def (TE are in the WR pool). Pretty standard scoring:

- RB/WR
-- 6pt TD
-- 1pt/10yds
-- 1pt/reception
-- -1pt/fumble

- QB
-- 4pt TD
-- 1pt/30yds
-- -1pt/fumble or int

Keepers I am considering, and their cost in this year's draft:

- Cotchery - $7
- Housh - $15
- Fitz - $13
- Calvin Johnson - $4
- Santonio Holmes - $3
- Roethlisberger - $3

I could keep Westbrook for $38, and while he was huge for me last year, I imagine I could get him cheaper on draft day.

So, who should I keep? I've never done a keeper league before...
