Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

I think he's trying to one (or more) of three things:

1. Make a point.
2. Convince you that you are wrong.
3. Prove that his moral compass points further north than anyone else's.

That's just from what I've gathered not having read through all of his posts.

I think that's excellent Luv. Don't read through the posts and make commentary based exclusively on conjecture. Kind of like what you did with the Crossfit comment just a few pages back.

So, to address your points:

1. I am making a point.
- Taking steroids in an attempt to improve your physical appearance is on the same level of breast implants and collagen injections. It's superfluous and fake. That's my opinion. If it's not yours, then go right ahead and **** up your natural test production, liver functions and bitch tit away.

2. I don't care if he takes them or not.
- I don't know him, hang out with him, etc. What he does has zero impact on me. In fact, I hope he shows his kids how to inject test and DBol when they reach working out age. If nothing is wrong with it, then why not, right? All their favorite sports figures are doing it, so it must be okay.

3. If I don't care if he takes them or not, what do you care what direction my moral compass points? Or are you making an attempt to be hypocritical just to be hypocritical?

And yet, the sports governing bodies seem to have testing procedures in place in an attempt to make sure that their participants don't use PEDs.

I wonder why that is?

What determines fake? Is using protein fake? Multivitamins? Creatine? Fish oil? Amino acids? Ursolic acid? Caffeine? ARA? Is lifting weights in itself fake?
