Would the Patriots have won if they still had Randy Moss?

Just curious.

I'm not sure if Randy was going to keep playing or if he was headed for a work slowdown as his contract negotiations happened, but regardless, if Randy Moss hadn't been traded, would the Patriots have beat the Jets in the playoffs today?

Nope.

If he was/could be productive the Pats would have kept him.

They cut bait at the right time...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

No, he wouldn't have.

He was pouting there when they were winning and wasn't clearly happy.

He couldn't get on the field in 3 receiver sets for Tennessee. He's clearly washed up and I'd be amazed if he got anything over an incentive laden one-year deal this year.

This
& Rex did a great job with his defensive schemes. Brady looked lost & confused most of the game. Jets are a well coached team. would not of mattered who the wide-outs were yesterday. The out come would have been the same.

The Jets D would have had to play this game completely differently if Moss was still around. They were able to take away the Pats short passing game so well precisely because they knew the Pats couldn't beat them deep.

Many experts had the AFC Patriots picked to win the Super Bowl each of the last six seasons.

Interestingly, the experts has this team looking more and more like the NFC Dallas Cowboys. At least that's what it seems like as the Patriots head for another one and done post season finish dating back to the 2005 season.

Just my opinion

Brady scores a TD instead of throwing his first pick in for EVER
& the dropped pass for a TD on the next drive.
Would have been a different game. Maybe not the out come.
Dallas Cowboys?? I mean, come on thats just a dig at pats fan .

Live Stream, Could of, should of, would of, don't count.

Teams control their own destiny.

And, I don't buy into "genius." It's my opinion.

No disrepect.
