Insecticide. I heard it's banned but not 100% sure. It has some pretty serious residual (which is awesome).

Completely banned and has been for years. The long residual effect is why it was banned. Got into lakes and streams and would poison things (fish, frogs, etc.) for years.

you can still buy it, the just can't manufacture it anymore. but yeah those links on that page are a couple years old... it looks like the old stocks of it are dwindling to nothing and it's expensive as hell if you can find it.
