Good luck, sounds like fun. I'd love to live at the lake full time.
Tell her I said hi.

Joplin has several good locally owned restaurants. The top three “nice” ones are:
Mythos Crabby’s Wilders 609 also has pretty good food and an awesome happy hour. More fun restaurants are Eagle Drive-in (specialty burgers), Hackett’s Hot Wings, Instant Karma (specialty hot dogs and craft beer), The Bruncheonette, Kinnaree Thai Cuisine, Ichiban for suishi, Woody’s Woodfire Pizza, Hortons pizza for delivery/take out, Tropicana Bar and Grill, Lalos taqueria, El Vallarta Infuxn is probably the best bar, that’s mainly just a bar. Most of the above have a bar in the restaurant. I’m sure that I’m also missing a few that others can add in later.

Our favorite place is Crabby's and I frequent Instant Karma at least 1 day a week, mainly for beer. |
