I don't disagree that it's time for a change but realistically if i'm an established coach why would I go somewhere that 10 wins (which is a good year) will get me fired?

Billay is right. If winning 9 games a year in the B1G was easy, why aren't other teams doing it? What respected coach is going to want to coach somewhere that just fired its second coach over "only" winning 9-10 games a year?
