What would be the best sense to take over?
Imagine that you had the misfortune of being in a laboratory when one of the mutated monkeys flings some highly radioactive monkey dung at you. Instead of vomiting, losing your hair, and dying, you develop the superpower of being able to absorb the sensory perceptions of any person within 500 feet of you. For example, you can click through everyone within 500 feet of you and smell what that person smells OR see what that person sees OR feel what that person feels OR taste what that person tastes OR hear what that person hears.
Which sense would you most prefer to be able to piggyback on? And what would be the practical uses of being able to piggyback on another person's sensory perceptions? |
