The train heist scene was intense.

I think the biggest plot hole for me was the efficiency of the crew. I mean, I'm sure they practiced, but their execution looked pretty flawless.

Not really, people who have been involved in grand thefts will tell you about the adrenaline rush and the Lazer like focus that they have during operations. Especially if they've done thefts before. It is just something that happens and probably the reason why they do it.

You guys think Todd/Landry really worked for Vamanos Pest Control prior to all of this, or is he maybe one of Mike's "guys" and is a plant by Mike?

The pest control company was just a cover for burglarizing houses.

Saul was the one who recommended Vamanos Pest as the cover operation, so unless Saul and Mike had a reconciliation, I doubt it.

So, in the end, Walt gets killed and Hank gets custody of Walt's daughter. It certainly seemed to be pointing in that direction this last episode.

Maybe Walt will live at the end and his entire family will die, including Hank. That would be a far more tragic ending than Walt dying and the family living.

The endings are always unpredictable but they're kinda telegraphing this one.

Walt stops paying Mikes guys after Mike dies.
One or more of them gets out and takes walt's family and (or) Jessie hostage after a long process where Walt actually had time to disguise himself naturally.
Walt had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has nothing to lose.
Walt utilizes heavy weaponry and "science bitch!" to save family and (or) Jessie but gets shot in the process and dies after a long, emotional goodbye.
End scene.
Cut, print, gay.

How about this wrinkle: Walt, reverting to teacher form, begins to favor Todd, the quick thinking and observant one, over Jesse, whom he likes as a son but has never really respected. This drives the always conficted Jesse more firmly into Mike's camp and leads to the final conflicts (although I can't ever see Jesse condoning going after Walts' family, unless he finds out how Walt treated Jesses 'family') (Aside: as Walt manipulates Jesse, Skylar, Hanks - he respects them less and less - they become chess pieces that can be sacrificed).

dude.....totally agree! in the movie thread somebody said they had never seen Pulp Fiction and I said pretty much the same thing. this guy has so many OMGs coming.
