Puppy Chow
Not the dog food.
Have you heard of it? If so, do you call it something else? Chex Rice Cereal (I've also used Crispex, but Chex was on sale), chocolate, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Just curious. I posted on facebook today that I made a double batch (to take to school tomorrow night), and a few of you didn't know what "Puppy Chow" was. |

My grandma used to make it. I thought I'd heard it referred to as Puppy Chow, and three classmates knew exactly what it was when I called it that. On the back of the Chex box, it says Chex Muddy Buddies.

I never heard of it until about 5 or 6 months ago a family member was talking about making it. Didn't taste bad at all.

I've always heard it called Puppy Chow. I think it was in every grade school cookbook my kids' classes put together.
