Annoying Neighbors...

People behind us put up a new privacy fence and faced the unfinished side to all the neighbors.

They had a fence company install it. You would think the fence company would be aware that it is a code violation to face the unfinished side to neighbors.

If they had installed correctly there would not not be a 5" gap that I now have to fill between the new fence and our adjoining fence so our dog can't get out.

I am selling a rental house and I was over there with the garage door open doing some finishing touches on it. The neighbor came through my garage, through my garage interior door and into my bar area. I hadn't seen him in years and I don't live there. I really didn't know who he was until he identified himself.

I guess he knows someone who wants to buy my house but I was kind of taken aback he would just come into my house without any permission. There are crazy people with guns out there who would just blow people away and not think twice. I'm sure he knows I'm a big pussy without guns, just own a flamethrower and machete as my only weapons of choice.
