Annoying Neighbors...

People behind us put up a new privacy fence and faced the unfinished side to all the neighbors.

They had a fence company install it. You would think the fence company would be aware that it is a code violation to face the unfinished side to neighbors.

If they had installed correctly there would not not be a 5" gap that I now have to fill between the new fence and our adjoining fence so our dog can't get out.

We had this pecan tree that would put black gummy crap all over the vehicles.

I just dont trust my neighbor. He has proven time and again he is not interested in being a nice person.

Around 30 years ago (1991 I think)I was living in a condo and had two strippers living directly across from me. I took a day off one summer day and was drinking coffee and reading the paper on my patio. These two girls come out in fluorescent pink thongs and start bending over putting their towels down right in front of me. I quickly poked a hole in the paper so I could galk at them. Found out later the bouncer lived there with them and ran into them at the go go bar that was down the street. The good old days!

That didn’t bother me that much. And as a matter of fact one of them made a habit out of it and I wound up hooking up with her. Then I moved and never saw them again and never lived in a condo again.

Green giant arborvitae’s are perfect for that. They grow really fast and are hardy as **** and cheap. Deer resistant too.

growing up, had some annoying neighbors.

One time my basketball bounced on their grass a few feet in and they screamed bloody murder that I ruined their grass by stepping on it to retrieve said basketball. Then one time they had the audacity to walk all into our backyard and help themselves to our firewood which sure pissed my parents off.

So my parents moved and bought a bunch of land and never had neighbors again lol

And my neighbor that planted 10 arborvitaes??? half are dead and more may not survive the winter.

I had an older house that was on a dead end street and the street only had two houses. That other house was a rental and I knew the owner. Most of the renters were cool over the years. Well one day the Brady bunch moves in and it was just silly having that many teenagers on that street. The dad tried to play it cool with me as he realized he only had to get along with ONE neighbor (I lived alone).

Wasn't long before one night I'm watching a movie and I can hear those teenagers band playing in my house over my own movie. They had a built shed that was closer to my living room. I wait until 10 and then go talk to them. I knock on the door and they play it really cool. Yes sir etc. Well I don't even make it back to my front door and there back jamming as if I never came over. I walk right over to their power box, turn off the switch for that sheds power, and put a small lock on the box.

They came out to check the box but realized it had a lock lol. No more rock band music that night.

Bad neighbors suck. A while back, the house next door was rented to a middle-aged nice Armenian couple. About 6 months into their rental, a stream of 20-something unemployed immigrant armenians guys start showing up at the house, fresh off the plane. As many as 10 of these guys living in this 1,500 sq ft. house at a time, hanging on in the front of the house, chain-smoking, eating fast food and dumping their garbage and cigarette butts on the ground and leering at my teenage daughter as she came and went from the house. We asked them to be more courteous and they became hostile and escalated their conduct of turning their home and the neighborhood into a trailer park. Mind you, this is a neighborhood of multi-million dollar homes. Finally the whole neighborhood got together and forced the owner to evict the renters on threat of holding them liable for maintaining a nuisance. Terrible year.
