Yes, you're right, it's not much. But we do sell a lot of tickets and it's an organization with a lot of money. And our concertmaster is pretty damn talented, too. Of course, his main job is teaching at UND, so that still doesn't say much.

We've had some good concerts, though. This fall we played Mendelssohn's 3rd and brought in a fantastic pianist named Sarah Davis Buechner to do the Schumann piano concerto.

SNR has talent. I would have never guessed.

I voted piano. I took piano lessons when I was a kid but hated it and made my parents stop forcing them on me. I wish I had never done that...piano players get all the babes.
