Flacco isn't a franchise guy who is struggling...he was never very good...he had one good play off season and that's it.

One of the guys that helped carry him last season is gone..and it is showing.


If you want to talk about Franchise guys who are struggling you should point to Eli Manning...not Flacco.


Alex has actually had better stats than Flacco 3 years running.

Yeah, but you can't say Smith is below average AND claim that you can't compare him to crappy qb's.

You've thrown out Flacco and Ryan -- how many active qb's are better than Smith? If he's truly below average then that number has to be 20+.

That was the play that Collinsworth lambasted Alex for not making an effort to get the ball to Jamaal, saying something to the effect of, "when you have a RB on a LB - a total mismatch - the ball HAS to go there. That's a huge mistake."

And that's far from the first time he's ignored that mismatch this season.
