During COD4, MW2, and BO... my playstyle was always a mid range fighter. I used Assault Rifles and shot from a distance. I wouldn't ever camp so to speak, but I would choose a good location where my back wasn't exposed and I would start going to work.
I would maintain a 2:1+ KDR and call myself an above average player.

After watching xcalizorz video's and taking note on his playstyle of run-n-gun, I can totally see why my previous playstyle would totally annoy people. In MW3 I've switched over to the RnG playstyle and nothing pisses me off more than corner campers and quickscopers. Now I am the one bitching all of the time about these shitty players who can't do anything but sit back and wait for someone to run by and shoot them in the back to get a killstreak.

I love playing RnG, but its gets so frustrating sometimes that it just drives me to hate the game and puts me in a bad mood. I think it's time to sell back the game because going back to mid-range style fighting is just too boring, and dealing with those players, among other issues like bad connection, just doesn't seem appealing anymore.

I ran into a clan while playing Demolition over noon. Every one of those mother ****ers was using gold strykers. And they absolutely shut us down. They shot so fast, and killed so quick that it was infuriating. killstreaks constantly.

Really a pain in the ass.

Strikers with Extended Mags and Damage are all powerful. Unfortunately I can't bare to level it up.

Yeah we were running 9 in our group in ground war last week. Joined lobby and 9 tenth prestigers all gold icon. Backed out.

I hear ya. I got mine to lvl 13 but I really haven't been using it much.

The only weapon that will contend with a Striker w/ Damage at close range is a quick scoping sniper rifle. It's hard to go head to head vs a Striker with ANY other weapon.

If they have damage, it most certainly is.

I've even been getting hammered on with my PP90M1 with rapid fire. Fastest gun in the game doesn't stand a chance.

I have 500+ deaths to that damn gun. Always gold camo too. Its range, rof and accuracy are ridiculous. I don't mind dying to the striker.

You must play me alot. 90% of the time i use my pp90m1.. but i'm going to level my stryker.

If I get the first shot off with my akimbo FMG9's I'm pretty sure I could compete with a Damage proficiency Striker.
