Chiefs draft party
Anyone going to the Chiefs draft party? Or have gone? I won tickets from my work and am pretty excited! For those who have been, was it a good time?

I'd honestly rather watch the draft in the well from Silence of the Lambs than be at the Chiefs headquarters with all those ballwashers Thursday night.

**** no, if I went to that and had my true reaction to a draft pick they'd probably escort me out.

If they ended up picking a guy like Haden or Berry, or even a stiff like Clausen, then what would you have to complain about until the next draft? Sure, you could go ballistic about spending a fifth rounder on a UDFA from Missouri, but it's not nearly as relevant as railing on the franchise for pissing away three of their first four picks on offensive line players (which I can easily see them doing this year). |

It would honestly be like being in a room with 500 Bam-Bam's from NFL Sirius Satellite Radio.

It'd be great if our fans responded like Dolphins fans did to their bad pick, but our teams fans are idiots and cheer anything.
