Seriously, I do. I went to Joyland many times when I was a kid. I heard that some guy was using a weed wacker under the roller coaster, stood up, and the cars were running, and he got his head chopped off.

Is it a rumor? Is it true? I'll never know BECAUSE THERE'S NO DAMN THREAD!!!

Yes no thread and posting it could be the next bannable CP offense, you never know. But there are many stories about Joyland, and that is one. Another is someone climbed to the top of the Roller Coaster hill and jumped off. Alot of stories about drowning in the old pool, and bumper boats. Some about the Joyland skating rink at the back of the parking lot. That place has to be full of ghosts.

I thought about posting a thread about Joyland, but I think I'll just post my thoughts in BRC's thread. Ya know... just to be a dick.

I researched a few things earlier and there was a landscaper that did in fact get decapitated in '98. I also read about an incident in the '60s where a kid was riding the roller coaster and fell to his death. It was some guy's grandson and they spent awhile looking for him and found him in a ditch below the ride. I don't know if that one is true though, but apparently that was the reason why they installed seat belts.

Spooky place, that Joyland. I always got a weird vibe when I went there, even before hearing about any deaths. According to what I've read, there's a group trying to get funding to bring the place back to life. It's sad to look at the recent pics of the place. Especially since the vandals hit it. There was even a fire there recently. Very sad.

Every boob pic takes up double the bandwidth. So, if anyone should be blamed for the bandwidth stuff... blame the pervs!

As far as vacation threads, I don't mind seeing someone's pics or reading about their experience. I do find it annoying when all of the pics are in the OP though. Other than that, I don't see a problem w/ it.
