Herm's the scapegoat for a complete lack of talent

No OL, no WRs outside of Bowe, no QB, no DTs and no secondary at all.

Herm sucks.

But he's not the reason we got thumped (and will continue to get thumped).

We simply do not have the athletes to match up with at least 20 teams in the NFL. We can't run, mostly due to the OL; we can't pass, mostly due to the QB; we can't stop the run, mostly due to the DTs; and we can barely stop the pass, mostly due to the DBs.

This trainwreck isn't gettin' fixed overnight. Not unless we can somehow land 5 or 6 first-rounders.

I don't like Herm's philosophy. That's where Zouk and I disagree. He makes good tactical points in Herm's defense, but I just don't like the bigger picture strategy.

Having said that, Herm is hamstrung by bad talent in some critical areas.

We are far from the most talented team in the league, but you shouldn't be running the ball for 10 yards regardless of how much talent you have.

Herman ****ing Edwards isn't the reason for the lack of talent.
That responsibilty belongs to Carl and Dick.

Herman ****ing Edwards has done a pretty good job of attempting to fill an empty cupboard, but it takes more than two good drafts.

Herman ****ing Edwards, however, is a mediocre coach, and even when he fills the cupboard, I won't have any high expectations for this team as long as he remains the HC.

I think that's a case of how bad the talent is.

I don't care how predictable the calls are, if you run for only 10 yards, you simply got your @ss kicked on the line.

LJ said that our coaches were playing chess with the gameplan when they should be playing checkers.

I, honestly, believes he has it 100% turned around.

I was told we had more talent than last year and would therefore be better.

Yep. I thought the offense was going to be so much better because Jordan Black was gone.

Everyone underestimated the impact losing Shields would have. Shields wasn't as great as he used to be, but Welbourne is a huge downgrade. That combined with Wiegmann's poor play has really destroyed our interior line.

We have a crap OL and we lack a good FB to block. Not to mention Herm sucks, Huard sucks, and Solari sucks. Unless we draft some stud lineman, pull a few in free agency, it isn't going to get better. I feel bad for Larry.

Our pass blocking hasn't been to terrible, a few sacks here and there, but there are a lot worse out there. The fact that we can't create a single whole for the running game is where we really show how bad we are.
