Yeah I think it does have something to do with the NAT. Before my NAT type was open and now it is at moderate for some reason.

Finally got it to work somehow by disabling UPNP. Don't know what that is or why it works now but thanks guys for helping me.

I've been playing Metal Gear Solid 4 off and on for a while now. It's a goofy ass game. The cut scenes are F'in long. I played for an hour last night and didn't fire a weapon. I'm not seeing why it's as highly rated as it is.

I also bought Death Spank off of the PS Store and it's been a lot of fun. Also goofy but in a much more humorous way.

I bought MGS4, and couldn't get past the first level (I couldn't figure out where to go) so I didn't play it for like 2 months. Then, I put it back in, figured it out, and was addicted. I finished Act 4, and didn't want the game to end, so I didn't play Act 5. Then I went another 8 months without even playing it and put it in and got my ass kicked in the beginning of Act 5 because I couldn't remember how to play, and the beginning of Act 5 you get swarmed, so that sort of sucked.

I should start over from the beginning and go all the way.

I bought big buck hunter Arizona. It's just like regular big buck hunter but it involves shooting Mexicans who wander on to your property.

I guess I should be clear with regards to MGS4

The game play is certainly unique and there is a lot of cool shit. The cut scenes are flat terrible though. The voice acting is painful. The story is kind of interesting but trying to follow it mean having to sit through the cut scenes.
