Sunday:

Jazz vs Spurs
Celtics vs Hawks
Clippers vs Grizzlies
Nuggets vs Lakers

You know that sucks about the Chiefs is I really don't have a favorite all-time player. They've never won many big games to give me that memory.

I have George Brett with the Royals and KD already with the Thunder.

I guess DT or Joe Delaney are the closest thing and they both died young. Being a Chiefs fan just sucks. I'm going to call Matt Cassel my favorite player and see if he'll die.

Gonzalez was a great TE but always rubbed me the wrong way. Plus, he's obviously cursed.

I can't stand basketball players that play with their ego instead of their hearts. And I hate when people enable it. I wouldn't mind all the ridiculous flopping, if I felt the NBA was committed to stopping it. They won't, for ratings sake. I hate how ESPN tries to smear every opponent of LeBron so as to paint him into a hero. And I hate how all of those things enabled leBron to just get more and more annoying every game. I hate watching him because he annoys me. I hate the flops, the crybaby face every time he gets fouled, etc.... As I've acknowledged in this thread, at least it appears he's growing up. He's been harder to dislike since the Celtics series because he didn't play like a pussy that acted like everything was so unfair, and that the refs and the NBA and the media were against him. He shut his mouth, stopped reacting to taunting, stopped treating the sidelines like a dance contest instead of a game... I detest who he is, but admittedly, at least the past 1-2 series he's turning into a player I can tolerate watching.

And no doubt that I hate any player that is cancerous to their locker room. I don't have a problem with Gonzo. I don't care about cockiness. When he played, he played extremely hard and he was an unselfish player -- was a terrific blocker and always put extra effort into ever play. I can't stand Vince Carter. I didn't like McGrady or Melo, even if they're not horrible people. I don't like Arenas or Howard or McGee.

I am a stickler for good team sports.

LeBron was painted as the same hero when he was in Cleveland. I would root against him for eternity if I was a Cavs fan, but saying he's not great is just lying to yourself. If he wasn't great it wouldn't hurt so much.

I never said he wasn't great.

I think in the past, he's always treated this like a game. The past 2 series, he's starting to treat it like serious business. I still despise the guy, but admit that the past 2 series is a totally different LeBron.

It's a shame it had to go down in this way to get him to that point.

No, they aren't.

The coaching sucks. The depth in the front court is decent, but they have no real scorers in the FC.
